After discovering something odd just offshore, Jack and Sayid come up with a plan to confront "The Others" and hopefully get Walt back. Meanwhile, Eko and Locke come to blows as Locke makes a potentially cataclysmic decision regarding the "button" and the hatch, on the two-hour season finale.

Since its the end of the season, I figured I'd make some comments with this post. I don't believe this season has been as strong as the first, overall. I loved the beginning of it (from finding out what was in the hatch up. . .episode 1 had the greatest opening ever, up until the tailies united with the losties). After those first few episodes, the season mostly seemed like filler. Yeah, it was cool to learn more about Eko and Ana Lucia and stuff, but it just seemed to stray from what made the first season so awesome (how are these people related, whats going on on the island, etc). These past few weeks though, the episodes have become great again. All of May has been totally awesome and I really hope this finale blows our socks off and gives us all something to think about all summer.
